Join us for a four-course wine dinner featuring Elevage Collection by Gallo wines! Chef Deb Paquette, Chef de Cuisine Jess Lambert and Pastry Chef Megan Williams will be preparing a menu to complement the wines.

The Elevage Collection is a selection of luxury wine and spirit brands from the Gallo Family portfolio. Jeremy Parrish, portfolio specialist for the Elevage Collection, will be joining Etch Sommelier/Manager Rob Guimaraes to present each wine. Guests will be seated in our private dining room for an intimate evening of fine food and wine.

The cost of tickets includes dinner reservations, drink pairings, tax and gratuity. Reservations can be canceled up to seven days prior to the event for a full refund. Tickets can be purchased here.
