Join us for a five-course wine dinner featuring Rarecat wines! Chef Deb Paquette and Pastry Chef Megan Williams will be preparing each course to complement the wines.
Sharon Kazan Harris, owner and director of winemaking at Rarecat Winery, will be joining Etch Sommelier/Manager Mark Kremper to present each wine. Guests will be seated in our private dining room for an intimate evening of fine food and wine.
The cost is $100 per person, plus tax & gratuity. A valid credit card number is required to hold reservations. A $50 cancellation fee per person is charged in the event of a cancellation within less than 72hrs of the event.
