No matter where he’s eating in Nashville, Hal Holden-Bache is unlikely to have a casual meal. “In the city, I always feel like ‘Chef Hal, Executive Chef and Owner of Lockeland Table’,” he told me over the phone, referring to the East Nashville restaurant he opened in 2012.
