We’ve teamed up with local distillery Nelson’s Green Brier for a special bourbon dinner! Together, we’ve created a six course menu that compliments a selection of spirits from the Green Brier portfolio. Charlie Nelson, founder of Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery, will be joining Etch Sommelier Rob Guimaraes to present each pairing. Chefs Jess Lambert, William Prunty, and Megan Williams will be preparing the dinner for guests seated in our private dining room.

The evening will begin with a welcome reception, complete with passed hors d’oeuvres and a Smoked Old Fashioned welcome cocktail. Once guests are seated, Nelson will present a flight that will compliment the four main courses. Dessert will be accompanied by an Espresso Martini made with Louisa’s Coffee Pecan Liqueur, a delicious after-dinner spirit from the Green Brier lineup. Attendees will also get the rare opportunity to enjoy a pour of the Belle Meade Sherry Cask Bourbon with Charlie Nelson himself — an award-winning bourbon that has since been discontinued. Trust us — you won’t want to miss it!
